By accessing or using REAL Growth Bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. REAL Growth Bot is a product of Leffler International Investments.

2. Service Description

REAL Growth Bot is a compliance-gated, multi-tenant marketing operating system that uses AI agents to help promote your app portfolio. The service includes campaign management, content creation, paid growth tools, analytics, and experimentation features.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to: provide accurate registration information, maintain the security of your account, comply with all applicable laws, not use the platform for spam or deceptive practices, and not attempt to circumvent the compliance gate.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with REAL Growth Bot are owned by Leffler International Investments and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of any materials is strictly prohibited.

5. Payment & Billing

Subscription payments are processed through PayPal. By subscribing, you authorize recurring payments. You may cancel at any time through your PayPal account or the Account page. Refunds are handled per our refund policy.

6. Compliance & Prohibited Uses

The platform enforces strict compliance rules. The following are prohibited: bulk unsolicited messages, fake reviews, automated posting in communities that prohibit bots, rate-limit or CAPTCHA bypassing, and any activity that violates third-party platform terms of service.

7. Account Termination

You may deactivate your account at any time from the Account page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Deactivated accounts can be reactivated within 90 days; after that, data is permanently deleted.

8. Limitation of Liability

REAL Growth Bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Leffler International Investments shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
