4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: PayPal (for payment processing), analytics providers (PostHog/GA4), and as required by law.

5. Third-Party Platform Data

TikTok: When you connect your TikTok account, we access your TikTok account through TikTok's API using an OAuth access token. We use this token solely to publish video content to your TikTok account on your behalf, as initiated by you. We do not collect, store, or share your TikTok followers, likes, messages, or personal profile data beyond what is necessary to post content. Your TikTok access token is stored securely using encryption and is never shared with third parties. You may revoke access at any time by disconnecting TikTok from your account settings or by revoking access directly in your TikTok account's security settings. Upon disconnection or account deletion, your TikTok access token is immediately and permanently deleted from our systems.

Other platforms: Similar principles apply to all connected social media platforms. We only access the minimum data required to publish content on your behalf, store credentials securely, and delete all platform tokens upon disconnection or account deletion.

6. Your Data

You have full control over your data. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time directly from the Account page. Deletion is immediate and permanent — including all stored access tokens and platform connections. Leffler International Investments bears no responsibility for data deleted by the user.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data and platform credentials only for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, disconnect a platform, or revoke access, all associated data — including access tokens, published content records, and campaign data — is permanently deleted from our systems. We do not retain TikTok user data or any third-party platform data after disconnection or account deletion.

8. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage, access controls, and regular security audits.

9. Cookies & PWA Storage

Our PWA uses service workers and local storage for offline functionality. We use essential cookies for authentication and analytics cookies (with consent where required).

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
